Puget Sound Engagement: An Enchanting Seattle Love Story

As I got to know Hoa and Maggie better, I couldn’t help but be reminded of the ancient Greek myth of soulmates. Plato’s words resonated with me: “Each one longed for its other half, and so they would throw their arms about each other, weaving themselves together, wanting to grow together.” This description almost perfectly captures the essence of Hoa and Maggie’s connection. Their awareness of each other is palpable, and their gaze into each other’s eyes radiates an intense ardor. It’s a magical experience that I feel blessed to have silently witnessed through my camera lens.

When we initially discussed their engagement session, they expressed a desire to choose a location that held a multitude of memories as they prepared to leave the city. We settled on an abandoned campground off the Blue Ridge Parkway, a place they frequently visited while walking their dogs. It was the perfect setting to capture the depth of their love.

These two remarkable individuals, both dedicated doctors, also happen to be incredible dog moms. Their passion for saving lives extends beyond humans, as they have fostered and found homes for over 15 dogs, and the count continues to rise. Do they ever stop? Absolutely not! It brings me immense joy to witness Hoa and Maggie taking this next step in their journey as they tie the knot this coming October. Stay tuned for more breathtaking photos of these two lovebirds!
